When my upstairs neighbor’s shower leaked into the ceiling of my guest bathroom, it destroyed my existing wallpaper. Since the wallpaper was already there when I purchased my apartment, I had no idea where it came from. Distraught as to what to do, and since my place is in Miami Beach, I googled wallpaper companies in Miami and found ‘The Wallpaper Company’ and gave them a call. I ended up speaking with Carlos and he became like a wallpaper therapist (lol) and talked me through the situation. I scheduled an appointment and shared my ideas for new paper with him and he ‘got it’ right away and we found something that I thought could work really well. He then came to my condo and we confirmed that this would be a great choice. I was really impressed with his patience, professionalism, taste and care. The next step was the installation which happened so much faster than I thought it would and Jaime, the installer, was like an artist the way he matched the pattern up and made sure it looked beautiful. He told me the WC paper is great to work with as it’s made in America and not China as many others are which makes his job easier as the quality is there. Literally our wallpaper go-to! We’ve used them 4 times for our renovated condo on SOBE and couldn’t be happier.
