Called the reservation line because the restaurant, bayshore club, was not answering my calls. Before I could even finish asking my question the lady on the line said, “mira, look, i cant help you until after 8pm because thats when we get the calls transferred”. which is okay, and luckily she asked “but what is your question?” after not letting me finish in the first place. then, i simply ASKED she knew if i could bring a cake to give to the kitchen and some balloons. her answer was then this “i mean personally its a waterfront restaurant, bringing balloons just isnt right, especially if you’re environmentally conscious. i just dont think its right to even consider doing that”. i understand that yes, it may not be smart, but it was a question that i was asking, i was not looking for a life lesson, stubborn attitude, or to be spoken to in a condescending tone. 0/10 service, i wish i wouldve asked for her name before hanging up, but to be honest if i stayed any longer on the line i would’ve been more rude to her than she was to...

I visited Glass and Vine last year in November and ordered two expressos, I signed my bill for less than $10 and they charged me $361. When I realized that on my bank account I explained the situation to both managers thru the phone MICHAEL and WILLIAM , they agreed to give me a refund that never happened. Now Michael doesn’t work there anymore and William is not even taking my calls. This restaurant belongs to the GROVE BAY GROUP, they owned a bunch of restaurants all over Miami.
