Don’t waste your time. Was told someone would be with us when we arrived, waited at the door for about 10 mins. Shop was completely empty. Associates saw us and kept walking. Finally one stepped outside because he heard a car horn. Was more concerned with who it was than letting us inside. He even has the audacity to ask us if we saw who was honking before stepping back inside and leaving us there. At that point I just ignored him and walked away. So the lesson learned here is that only cater to certain people. You have to pull up in a Lambo SUV and honk your horn before they will acknowledge you. Pathetic. I went into the store looking to purchase a treat for myself while on vacation. However I didn’t find a peace that spoke to me. The store did have a great selection and the staff was beyond incredible. I had the pleasure of being assisted by an incredible associate I believe his name was victorio and his manager. They took such great care of me and reminded me of why I stop by the Versace boutique every time I come to Miami. Love the store, 2 floors. They had a great selection, as their pieces do change. I was able to obtain my earrings and fragrances I’ve been wanting. I noticed there was only one person working there. They were busy with another customer and running around. I waited my turn and was able to purchase my items. Empathy ppl. Treat others like you’d want to be treated.
