I was extremely disappointed with this location of Panda Express! It was right at lunch time on a Thursday afternoon when I decided to pull up to the drive-thru. I waited patiently as I usually do when I first pull up to any drive-thru. I wasn't hearing anything from them like, "please wait" or "it will be a few minutes". I eventually started saying, "Hello" and asking if anyone was there. I pulled around to the front and saw several people inside at the counter ordering. I also saw someone coming out with food. I could see workers behind the counter. I thought I'd give them another chance. No such luck. There was no answer. I was not in the position to be able to go inside. I had 4 children with me in my car. I rely on business' drive-thru services. I also understand that sometimes computers/electronics break and mess up. I would expect that sort of thing to be checked up on regularly since I am sure the drive-thru draws a good number of people. I feel that it is a restaurant's/ business' responsibility to communicate with their customers if something as important as the drive-thru is not working. A good way to show your customers that you are keeping up on things would be to have a sign out on the screen stating it was out of order or that there are technical issues being worked on. It would have been helpful and just simply looks good to the customers because you are communicating that there...
Read moreI have been to Panda Express so many times, and I just love the food and service. But, unfortunately every delicious outlet has some bitter experiences and this was one. The lady named Taylor and her manager gave me a hard time on top of dumping two servings literally.
One strong advice for the Corporate here, tell your stores to keep unified serving size.
So, story goes on, I bought the take away, the food got dropped a little due to so much rush the drive-in server did. She replaces the order with just the leftover, and upon reviewing calls it their portion size. Haha, what a joke, I wish I had taken a picture.
Furthermore, she won't return my money, as their so called policy won't allow them. Then, she starts finally making another order, mind you narrating what the order size is, topping it with blunt " thank you ".
Now, overall the summary. First, it's the law which gives customer the right to get his money back (for no service received). Second, it wasn't a charity it was my money. Third, you won't believe it, I had to ask her twice that ''Should I leave my money here for no food??", just to get my order back.
Finally I want to say, worst experience ever for a beloved taste I "HAD" for...
Read moreI've been to dozens of Pandas, and this is easily the worst one I've been to; I've tried the location twice now, most recently yesterday, and it's just bad. The "Chow Mein" side dish yesterday was very greasy/oily and was about 75% cabbage pieces; I threw most of it away. The Chow Mein should be 90% noodles, with the cabbage being only an accent, and it should be mostly "dry" with only a hint of oil, not drowning in it. The "Beijing Beef" was soggy & gloppy, and all stuck together because it was cooked improperly; it's supposed to be crisp and flavorful, and it wasn't. My "Kung Pao Chicken" was good. The tall man taking my order and serving me was not friendly at all, seemed like he was mad at having to be working, and he did not provide proper, normal portions of food (some too big, some too small). I do not plan to visit this Panda location again, unless they fix things and give some sort of constructive feedback to...
