I customly travel from my duty station in Radcliffe to attend church and stop at this establishment. I used my food earned points on my mobile app to do curbside. I ordered a chicken BLT and recieved the new spicy grilled chicken Sandwich. Honestly I'm humble enough to eat what is given but I cannot consume spicy food. However once I check my meal it was too late for I had already departed. I come in the next day to see if my points could be refunded or if I could be compensated for my food. I was told sorry our "policy is same day return." I explained that based on the situation. I could not return it because of time limitation. Then the rep disregarded and dismissed my concern and said I'm sorry would you like to place an order before I was finished explaining. I just looked at him for a moment (upset) and ordered. I then waited for about 12 minutes for my food and so did another couple. The same guy brings out there shakes and apologized for their wait and gave them two complimentary chik-fil-a cards. Then look at me with a sarcastic look and walked away. I remained professional, got my food and left. I will not say it's racism but it is surely a convert way to express it. I am not a happy customer nor Soldier that has to protect people who can not even show common courtesy to fellow man. Even a simple apology would have been gracious, but not even that. I would not have left a Comment but this has happened on multiple occasions.

Read moreChick-Fil-A drive thru service at the Middletown, Ky location is awesome! They have a permanent outdoor setup that blew me away! Under the permanent roof covering are fans to keep their staff a little cooler. After taking my order, the employee told me I would be after "this" car, being specific - the red Honda. Everyone in line respected the car order they were instructed to follow. I asked for a receipt and assumed I'd get it at DT window with my food. Not so - there was another 'station' where paying cash was handled & printed receipts given out, again in proper order! This Chick-Fil-A is in an outlet of a shopping strip center. It was also evening rush hour. It took me almost 10 minutes to pull into the DT's two lanes. That said, placing my order (including asking questions), paying, getting my receipt then my food, and complimenting a manager on how efficient his DT was (he even knew which DT lane I had been in!) took way less than 10 minutes! Chick-Fil-A has their DT service down to a total fine science! I was buying a surprise dinner for my husband and sadly ordered the wrong chicken sandwich and forgot to get the fruit cup not the fries - BOTH mishaps were MY fault. Read moreI love chick fil a like love it but the one in Middletown is probably the worst service I have ever had continuously at a chick fil a. Everyone is nice but every time I go there my salad has been wrong numerous times and I also come home to find no dressing in my bag and they also do not give the toppings that go on the salad. I have tried to make it a habit before leave to check the bad but it is a pain to have to leave the drive-through park the car walk inside to get the stuff they forgot to put in my bag that should have been in there. They also get the sandwiches wrong alot and I will pay for cheese and they will forget to put it on the sandwich. Last time I offered the Mac and cheese and they just didn’t put it in the bag I had to drive all the way back up there. Not exaggerating out of the past 30 times I have probably been there my order has maybe been right 15 times the other half it is always a wrong and really annoying.
