Heard the store in Middletown has new staffing.

Visited during the July Sale- new staff and appeared to be new management! great experience. The gentleman who assisted me was great - he appeared to be training another associate but was able to help everyone in the store adequately. The whole feel of the store has changed ! Great work Buff City!

Love this product and brand! Shopped at St Matts location. When Middletown opened I started shopping there. Past two week in a row. I have had a horrible experience with the same associate at the Middletown location. I will not be back. I will drive to St Matts.

Pretty sure the manager of this store observes her associates horrible interpersonal skills which I would not even reference as any apart of customer service. So disappointing from what could be such a strong brand with the right people in the...

The employees at this location could learn a thing or two about customer service from other locations. Promised my kiddos we could go make a bath bomb after running errands plus, I needed to purchase more laundry detergent. We weren’t near home so decided to go to the closest one to us at the time (Middletown) before everyone fell asleep on the way home. It couldn’t be anymore obvious they did not want to stop what they were doing and be bothered with us. It was the most awkward and tense interaction ever and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. I was so disappointed in the customer service, or lack there of that I didn’t even want to purchase my laundry...

This review is not for the wonderful smelling soaps, lotions and bath bombs. But instead for the lack of customer service. Not a hello, not a what can I help you with, not a let me tell about the deals. Mind you we were the ONLY customers in the entire store with 3 employees. Literally the only time we were spoken to was to ask if I was a Loyalty Member. Thank goodness my primary store is not this location. I have been raving about this store to my mother and now she doesn’t want to return due to the rudeness of the employees. I DO NOT plan on returning to...
