I’ve spent the last couple years researching for an additional mechanical watch to add to my collection. I found the watch I wanted, but the new version seemed excessively expensive even though it was superior in quality. I was leaning towards a second-hand watch due to price; like cars, when it leaves the showroom the value/price drops and buyer’s remorse creeps in. Being in Utah, the market-place for second-hand watches is slim. I contemplated purchasing the watch through an online retailer but refrained, as I prefer to conduct business face-to-face and agreements are made with hand-shakes; I’m old school, hence my preference for a mechanical watch as opposed to a fancy smart watches. There are instances where you incur more risk when purchasing online as opposed to purchasing locally (plenty of horror-stories on YouTube); such as the item appearing in excellent condition and appearing authentic on the webpage, but when the item is received it is patently fake or the condition is not as described, and then the seller disappears. I asked a fellow watch connoisseur, and friend, for a recommendation. Without hesitation, he sent me to see Angelo at Classic Jewelers Exchange. I called Angelo and provided him with the model I was interested in, and a couple days later he was able to offer me a very fair price (the price was comparable to the “going price” discussed within watch forums and blogs). He also suggested purchasing the new version of the same watch, as the quality of the watch movement was greatly improved due to new materials and designs. Again, the reason I was initially leaning towards the second-hand watch was due to price. However, Angelo was able to offer a good price for the new version, and I couldn’t pass it up. I asked him to order the watch and he called when the watch arrived. I stopped into inspect the watch, and was in love with it. He adjusted the bracelet for me. The transaction went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier.

Couldn't be more pleased. I'm from the east coast. Bought a diamond bracelet here 5 years ago and was so impressed with the craftsmanship from this jeweler that I've been looking for an opportunity to come back. To match my ensemble i came in hoping to achieve and obtain several specific things. Namely, a diamond ring with diamonds set in a single line. A black ring that'd fit on my middle finger. And a ring for either my pointer or thumb. I'd have been okay of any of these had been fulfilled. So I'm very very pleased to say i got everything i wanted. BAM! Haha! whaat?!

Angelo i believe, had the perfect diamond ring i came in for in a line with a slight wave to it that catches light and throws beautiful sparks like you wouldn't believe.

In just a few hours he was able to resize an existing ring of mine to fit my pointer finger. And it looked brand new again when i got it back. Thanks for that
