Brought my iWatch to them that only needed the glass reattached as it was open but still working great. Everything was working and Adam was able to see that. Adam said he thought that I should replace the battery so I agreed to let them (even though the original battery was holding the charge perfectly and the watch was working perfectly). They couldnāt even find the watch the first time I went to get it. I came back after several miscommunications on their part. The fellow that was there has no idea what he is doing. They were unable to make the watch work properly and I asked them to put back the old battery (that was working when I brought it in). The screen was now completely black and not working and would not charge (even though he says it was working in the back room). I told the guy I was better off not bringing it in and he replied, āthen donāt come in next time.ā Communication was terrible. Do not bring an iWatch there. THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THE BATTERY WAS BLOATED BUT ADAM ASSUMED THAT BEFORE EVEN LOOKING AT THE BATTERY. THE BATTERY WAS WORKING GREAT. THEY SAID IN THEIR RESPONSE THAT THE TOUCH SCREEN DIDNāT OPERATE CORRECTLY AFTER THEY WORKED ON IT. I HAD ASKED ADAM SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE THE BATTERY WAS CHARGED SO I COULD SEE IT WHEN I PICKED IT UP. EVERY TIME I CAME TO TRY AND PICK IT UP IT WAS UNCHARGED. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in to have a battery replaced in my iPhone 11. Had no prior issues with my phone whatsoever other than the battery going dead. After the service of having my battery replaced, then I had issues with my face recognition and my camera was not working anymore. I started to get yellow and oil marks around the edges of my phone screen. I had this done at 5:45 on a Saturday. The issues started happening almost immediately within 30 minutes, I called the office and I got no answer. I then waited till Monday. I sat in the driveway until 10 AM when the store opens. I went in simply told them I had no issues with my phone prior to having the battery replaced, and I was told by a young man that my technician would not have touched that area and your phone must be getting old and weāve had issues with iPhones 11 and their screen has had problems. I had zero problems with my phone other than the battery. I do not recommend this place as in. They had no way of solving the situation outside of me purchasing another phone my new has set of replacing my $80 for the battery. They wanted me to apply the $80 towards a new phone and then tried to tell me he gave me an $80 discount. Even though they could have fixed it, I greatly appreciated their transparency in letting me know due to how expensive it would be and how long it would take to fix it, that it really wasnāt worth it.
