In the Mug last night with friends. Bartender got us 5 drinks. All cans, bottles and one draft. Maybe 60 secs of work. We had to come to the bar she didn’t come and serve us. Our friend left the remainder of whatever bill he used as her tip. When my husband came up to the bar to order two more beers some customer at the bar started to bust my husbands chops regarding the tip my friend left. First how did this customer know what tip was left unless the bartender said something. People we aren’t talking big #’s here nor r we talking about a bartender that did hardly any work. Having been in the bar in restaurant business myself, I know that seemingly small tips add up over the night. If this bartender is fretting over $1.25 vs $2, shes in the wrong business. There’s no servers there, only bartenders. They never come out on the floor to serve ppl. That’s fine, but don’t have the expectation that you’ve given an elevated amount of customer service and deserve a big tip. If the bartender hadn’t let the customer talk trash about our friend then, she probably would had made out nicely when my husband stepped up to the bar. Too late now. We decided to leave which is a shame bc I won’t go back. Big...
Read moreMe and my buddies have never been to this place, we called around 11:30pm and was told they close at 2am and we can come play pool. We were celebrating one of my buddies birthday so we decided to play pool. We weren’t greeted at all, I asked if we can play pool and they said yeah go ahead, 5 of us started playing pool and ordered redbull and coke cola, around 12:45 someone who did not seem like they were a employee came and told us they are closing, I had already changed 20$ into all coins for pool, we were having a good time not causing any noise or trouble, I asked if we can play our last match and the same person that was closing the signs went back to the bar area and started recording us for no reason, 2-3 mins later the employee working at the bar said we had to leave, I simply just wanted to finish the last game. I don’t like to make anything racial but this felt very racial, beyond unprofessional, rude, and unethical. This was a disgraceful and unacceptable way to treat customers, I hope management can review cameras and take necessary actions to prevent this from happening again, customers should always feel welcomed and valued...
Read moreI love coming here. The atmosphere is great, the bartenders are attentive, and the food is hot a damn near perfect. It's a smaller place, but the entire experience makes it worthwhile to continue to visit. I'm always there in the evenings and usually on weekends, so things are fairly busy, but I've never found myself wanting. The redhead in the kitchen makes my pizzas to perfection. Always hot, always steaming, and always exactly as I ordered it. They are a doll and always so friendly. I'm not sure when they started there, but everr since my food has come out faster and with zero mistakes. I exect flaws to happen but with this cook it never seems to happen to me. The bartender last Sunday, I think it was Cassie, always made sure I was covered with my drinks and was very attentive as well. I will happily keep...
