We walked in and the girls behind the counter where jibber jabbering and took her a minute to actually wait on us because they were talking about personal things to each other then when she did decide to come and wait on us I asked for Your turkey bacon on a pretzel sandwich and she said she had been so busy she couldn’t get any bread or anything out of the freezer all day so she had no sandwiches whatsoever the only thing you could buy was donuts.????? I asked her if she could do it on a bagel because I seen bagels in the case and she said ...I said I have no bread and was very rude and Threw her hands in the air !? They have always been good to me whenever I have stopped by before work and this time even better. Thank you for your help and...
Read moreThey reuse returned timbids! Yes, you read that right, if they give you the wrong donuts they want you to exchange food like its a misfitting piece of clothing they can then re-sell. Health department will be contacted. When they gave me the wrong ones, i walked out and didnt realize till i got into my car and opened the box. When I went back the girl insisted i return the box.... i asked if I could keep them since she just has to throw them away. She then told me that they werent going to throw them away but put them back... i left visibly disgusted. Hope Tim Hortons saved enough in cost for those 5 donut holes to justify this review, my public health complaint, and my business...
