As a young lady in her early 20's, I was a little nervous going to an Auto Place and asking for help; I was very pleasantly surprised to find out I had absolutely nothing to worry about! Shane helped me find out what was wrong with my car (the engine light was on and a fuse was blown out) and also fixed it- he used a spare fuse of mine and it didn't even cost me anything! He explained what was going on and fixed my problem in under 10 minutes (which was greatly appreciated!) I'd like to give Shane a huge thanks and shout out- for top notch customer service and for being a huge help! You literally made my day, man! The staff was very nice and helpful. My car was fine all day and when I stopped at the golf club in Gahanna, my car all of a sudden wouldn't start. Very Weird! I got a jump from someone and they told me to stop at Advanced for them to run a test on the battery. My car being a 2019, I didn't realize my battery was still under warranty. But, they never offered testing of the battery, just gave me the over 200.00 cost for the battery, When I ask about a cheaper battery, she told me there was no other choices for my car. I stopped in Advanced Auto Parts on Alger Road in distress and needing help. My oil light was on and I had a full day of driving ahead of me. I had no clue how to check my oil or what kind of oil my car needed. I was greeted by TONY and he was the most patient, helpful and caring person. He not only helped me but he educated me on how to check and replenish my oil. Tony went above and beyond for me, helping me get back on the road!!
