Don't ever book a birthday party here!! This place is small and out dated! There is nothing extravagant with the small birthday package! You literally get a room, THATS IT!!!! It's not like a Magic Mountain, or bowling place. This was my first and last time ever stepping foot in this place. Granted they did push my party back because of some issues and took off $25, but it definitely wasn't worth $170!! Yes is was 10 minutes late, because I didn’t know where this place was located. And passed it the first time. Like I stated I never been here before. The only reason I changed my sons party to here from TOP GOLF was because it was a suggestion that “the kids will have more fun”!! I wanted to start the party right away and was told “I could start until all the golfers was there”. Which to me I thought was dumb because not everyone come to parties on time! I could've spent this amount or less at Top Golf or any other place and would've had a blast!! I know because we are frequent players at Top Golf and the kids and adults have so much fun! If you wanna take your kids for some fun I'm telling you, DO NOT GO HERE for a birthday party!! When I explained that this was my first time ever being here when I got called for a confirmation, it wasn't explained fully of what was included in this "Small party package". I was told that certain things are included but when we get there we literally had to buy EVERYTHING! Had to keep leaving the party to go to the dollar store! And when speaking to the manager she was beyond rude and unfriendly! Stating that she "doubts I was told this" when expressing what her employee said to me over the phone! Customer service is WHACK! I will tell everyone to stay away from this place because it definitely isn't worth the money!!!! WE DID NOT GET EXTRA TIME IN THE ROOM! WE WAS OUT THE ROOM BY 7:55PM or we would've been charged extra! I did pay but again I was was very unhappy! Because why would we leave without paying furthermore, if we didn't pay I'm sure authorities would've been called! And no I didn't order my pizza before because I was unsure of how much I needed! And per your employee I could order the same day so that's what I did. And I don't care how long they been in business, THE SERVICES HERE IS TRASH! Better off mini golfing at Magic Mountain! The owner had to come BECAUSE I REQUESTED THEM! Not because I refused to pay! But yeah I wasn’t going for the price! We paid but still it was a total waste of money! Again NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME...

My Grandsons birthday party was here and the service was terrible!! The place was small and out dated! Love the glow theme but that’s it! The price of the birthday package is definitely not worth it. You are better off having pizza and cake at your house, then just paying for all the party guest to play. You’ll come out cheaper. I’m so mad I suggested this place to my daughter over Top Golf, which she originally wanted to have his party! I was thinking about the kids though, with the whole glow theme. We never been here before I just googled it and gave her the number. Things should’ve been thoroughly explained, especially when a person has never been here before! If you have them on the phone and calling anyway, why not completely explain what is included in the package. Not everyone looks at emails, when the questions they asked were answered over the phone. The owner was rude as you can see per her response to my daughter’s review and other one star reviews. My daughter didn’t refuse to pay. Before she paid she wanted to speak to the owner about her experience. She was unhappy because the employees that where there didn’t know how to answer her questions. As a PAYING CUSTOMER, there is nothing wrong with wanting to speak to a owner when your unsatisfied with the service. The party started 45 minutes late because the “host” told her that she can’t start her party until all golfers was there. So what she order pizza while she was at the place. It makes sense to do that because not everyone shows up to parties and she wanted to make sure her order was going to be enough for everyone. It don’t matter what she order when she’s the one that has to pay for it. The food was never the issue, that actually was the best part of the whole party. The owner and husband came in very hostile. Is there a 0 Star for customer service?

We scheduled a birthday party it was suppose to be in the evening, were making arrangements for pizza and we were told that the room we reserved wasn’t available at the time we reserved it, we could either have our large party in a very small room (fitting 20 people total) or change the date and time. Keeping in mind that we are being told the room isn’t actually available literally 5 days before the party.

No one offered to make right what happened, which was fine but if there was no way to service our large party in the room we reserved and invited guest to we were canceling and having it else where. As I have family members that cannot come early in the day or during the week.

I asked for our $100 deposit back and was told it’s non refundable. Now when we call no one will answer the phone!? And they say they will call back when they finally answer the phone, but still haven’t.

The employee that made the reservation made an error, that is fine we’re all human. But- you cannot expect me to tell half the guest they cannot come because there isn’t enough room, or change it to a time that I won’t even be off work yet. Also since this GIANT error was made by an employee there is no way the money shouldn’t be refunded.

THE OWNER HAS BEEN CALLED MANY TIMES AND HAS NOT SPOKE TO ME ON THE PHONE EVEN ONE TIME THROUGH THIS WHOLE MESS, DEAR OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS HAVING YOUR EMPLOYEE TELL ME THAT MY MONEY IS NON REFUNDABLE WHEN I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE AVAILABILITY OF A ROOM THAT WOULD ACCOMMODATE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS IS WRONG.
