Dolphin Lounge — Restaurant in Mifflin Township

Went for karaoke night with a group. Had a wonderful time! Pretty laid back atmosphere. There's a pool table and some aracade games. Some bar seating and a dozen+ tables with chairs. It was a fairly light crowd for what the place could hold. Bathroom was very clean! Bar service was wonderful. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Drinks were very reasonably priced! Let me start by saying, I did not have any of the pizzas they offer as food. Therefore, I gave it an average 3 stars bc not applicable isn't an option. Karaoke- I am a terrible singer, but love singing along with the radio or with friends. Only down side was the artist voice is never in the backround so it's just the music and you. The DJ does sing along to help you keep on track, thankfully! We are definitely interested in goung back. Even started planning...

I enjoy the Oldest Blues Jam in central ,Oh it attracts top notch players. Always a great jam. I have seen some famous blues musicians there, Like Roger Wilson and Robert Hughes. The owner Lori is really nice and friendly. She has a good selection of beer. Cans and bottles. I see posters there a lot for cancer fundraisers she does. Nice to see business support their community. On Monday night the parking lot is full but you can park at CVS across the street. The interior of the building is unique. . Black sound proofed ceiling and an unused retro " ski Lodge" fireplace beside the stage. There is one pool table and the place is big enough that you can go into bar area where it's quieter. I know they have open mics and bands their too but I have only been to the Monday...

DON'T GO HERE!!! Payed over $6 for a Jim Beam and coke. It came in a small stemmed glass??? I found the glass chosen extremely odd, but went with it. Drink was very weak. I mentioned my disappointment in the drink and how I was shocked at the price. The owner bartending at the time immediately became defensive with an attitude saying "I'm the owner, the drink is poured correct. I politely explained that it's unfortunate but due to the circumstances I won't be returning. She then again with attitude said that your choice and went on a rant about the many patrons she has and they never complain. At this point I didn't even finish my drink. I stood up and walked out. No need to go on about the outdated decor, the smell, or how empty the place was...
