Gahanna Lanes — Local services in Mifflin Township

It was not a good experience at all first i took my football team for a team bonding on a Saturday night its was about 18-20 of us they had a private room which you would have thought they would have put us in but they didn’t, they put us at the corner which was kind of ok but I just thought it would have been more convenient if we was back there because it was so many of us on top of that I paid for Reservations now I’m not sure what was going on but I brought 3 packets that came with 6 país of shoes 1.5 hours I believe with 3pizzas for over 300.00 mine you this is a football team when it was time to get the pizza I was under the assumption they each packet came with 3 pizza they said no and I didn’t understand because on my reservation it’s say 3 packages each package came with 3 pizza just like each package came with 6 pair of shoes so I had to pay for extra pizza so I then I had to pay for another lane they charged my $75 for 1.5 hours no shoes just the lane and they time and I just know it don’t $75 for one like for 1.5 hours on top yall the AC was broke so we was super hot in there which defeats they Purpose of they reason why we wanted to bowl its was 97 degrees in our city that day and the heat index was will over 100 so we thought we was going to a cool place they still had a good time that’s all that matter but I was a little frustrated and no I will not go back or Recommend scoot my planner was amazing though it’s just when we got there and they never gave us a Courtesy call to tell us about the AC not working its was all around a bad experience and the ladies that was cooking the food one had the nastiest attitude I didn’t even wanna buy food you know what they say you don’t want nobody mad cooking your food! Anywho I hope they read this and get some clarity on what them package is about have better communication with...

We love this bowling alley. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly each time. They have a wide range of shoes and balls. The concessions are good and they have some affordable options like a few baskets of chips and a pitcher of pop to keep young teens happy for pretty cheap. Some food is way out of our price range but the combo I just listed is our go to. The arcade is one with digital credit card style "coins and tickets." Sometimes we win big and others we feel robbed. That's how arcades are!

The bowling lanes have electronic bumpers that can go up and down per player. This allows the littlest bowlers to play with very skilled bowlers. I really like this! They also have the little ramps which making bowling accessible for everyone from toddlers to those with disabilities and even teens just wanting to have fun.

For the last 2 summers this bowling alley has been part of "Kids Bowl Free." Look it up around May. It's a great program!

The actual bowling is fun and great pricing. Although i went to the bar and opened a tab. When i went to close my tab they advised me they gave my card to someone else so I had to cancel my card. I called the next day and spoke with a manager who did apologize although he stated he wasnt the general manager and that he would be in the next day. Finally got a hold of the general manager Chuck and he did apologize and followed up with "unfortunately since you had a chase debit card those are so common and it gets so busy on saturday nights, so thats why your card was accidentally given to someone else. Unfortunately this isnt the first time this has happened." Which of course is crazy for a manager to say... I probably wouldnt have even rated them although .. he just seemed like he didnt care much that my card was given to some person that i dont know and that i had to deal with everything that comes with...
