BEWARE BEWARE 👀👀👀😡 IF YOU LOVE YOUR JEWERLY DO NOT BRING IT THIS JEWERLER 👎.THE STARS AND COMMENTS ARE HIS FRIENDS ( FALSE ADVERTISEMENT). I HAD HIM CLEAN MY CUSTOME @ (TRU HEF ) PENDANT IT WAS THE WORSE SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. HE DESTROYED MY PENDANT AND DIDN'T ATTEMPT TO FIX IT. HE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE 💳 I SAW MY PENDANT .HE DID NOT OFFER AN APOLOGY OR CLEARLY DIDN'T CARE ,HE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME ALL HE TOLD ME WAS ITS NOT HIS FAULT. IVE GOTTEN MY CHAIN & PENDENT CLEANED BY OTHER JEWERLER NUMEROUS TIMES & NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE 💯👎.THE CUSTOMER BEFORE ME DID NOT GO THREW SAME ISSUE.SHE WAS CAUCASIAN HE TREATED ME LIKE A RACIST.I BRUNG MY PENDANT TO ANOTHER JEWERLER TO FIX HIS DAMAGE. THEY VERFIED/CONFIRMED TO ME WHOEVER HANDLED OR CLEANED MY CUSTOME PENDANT DID NOT DO IT PROPERLY. AND SHOULD HAVE FIXED Pendant/REPLACED MY DIMONDS.HE TRIED TO KEEP MY DIMONDS I HAD TO ASK FOR MY STONES BACK OR HE WOULD HAVE CLEARLY KEPT THEM.HE THEN SAID IT WOULD TAKE HIM A WHILE.I DID EVENTUALLY RECEIVE MY DIMONDS BACK BUT I WAS ROBBED BASICALLY & STILL CHARGED.IF YOU LOVE YOUR JEWERLY I SWEAR TO MY KIDS LIVES I WARN YOU NOT TO TAKE THE RISK OF GOING THROUGH THIS PROBLEM OR WORSE.IM AM DEFINITELY GONNA SUE THIS COMPANY.MY LAWYER WAS NOTIFIED. Paul has done an extraordinary job on my engagement ring sizing it from 9 to 7 was impressive, fix the prongs and the crack opening. After being told that couldn't be done due to the fact the diamonds would fall off Paul took the challenge and has blown us away. He told us see you in two weeks we were very nervous but it was all worth it. What a skilled, professional, very dedicated and detailed Paul is. He's the right man for the job and there's no third party you speak with the pro right there. Omg!! I looked all over from White Plains, NY, Bronx,Philly, Virginia and even Massachusetts. I finally found a jeweler after 7 month I could trust to fix the broken bale on my cross. I came to the Connecticut Post Mall and after inquiring at a couple of jewelery stores I was directed to Shefer & Company jewelery repair & design. I came 3 different times, the first 2 time I had missed the jeweler Paul Shefer by minutes but on the 3rd try I was able to get my jewelery fixed on the spot.
