Charlotte Russe — Local services in Millcreek Township

Went to Charlotte Russe in the mall today.. I asked a gentlemen John(the manager) if he could help me, he said it’s only me in the store and became very nasty in providing his explanation of being short staffed, overworked, and extremely exhausted. John also told me he is not a servant because I asked him to get a shoe size?? I explained to him that it was part of his job customer service. Another customer behind said wow how rude is he as he then was challenging another customer on her return that he turned out to be wrong about. Mall security advised me that they would tell there manager of my complaint and also said how nasty John is to them and recently scolded a staff member and sent her crying over a lunch break after which she quit. The guy in the store was watching me and my girls shop from time we walked in there until we got to the register. Then the lady at the register grabs the perfume I was looking at from my hand and place it back. After I asked her for the perfume to the tester that was out. So I addressed her with "excuse me calm down" The guy yelled at me and told me to leave the store with my 2 daughters. He then began to take r stuff and started to refold them to put back.
