Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Millcreek Township

I started shopping here because they’re one of the few places that have their dressing rooms open during covid. I’m also a weird inbetween size and I always find pants here that fit well. However, I find some of the clothing to be fairly low quality. I recently purchased a pair of black jeans. I read the tag which says “tumble on low and warm iron if needed”. I did just that, except they look like they melted in the dryer. There’s now bumps/creases throughout the jeans that get worse when I try to iron them out. Express Factory Outlet is a decent place to buy clothes. The prices are definitely cheaper than when this was just the Express. However, I'm fairly certain the quality of clothing is also cheaper. We frequently find that clothing rips on the seams after only wearing an item a few times. This never happened when the store was not an outlet store.
