Sadly I can't leave any positive feedback. I purchased a necklace on vacation in Las Vegas at a Pandora store there, and was told if I needed to exchange for any reason I could take it to the Pandora store in my hometown with the receipt. The associate I first spoke to was pleasant, however her supervisor was the opposite of helpful. When I showed her my receipt she refused to help assist because they are a franchise. Not once would she look at the paperwork or look me up in there system. I've spent plenty at the Erie location and now I will most definitely not. I called the Pittsburgh Pandora and they even said they didn't understand why they weren't willing to make an exchange. Considering I called the other Pandora in the store and the supervisor still wouldn't help me I definitely won't be going back to the Erie store.
