Its hard to find my size since I'm 28x30. Not all 510 skinny jeans are the same. Some, to my surprise, aren't as elastic as others, so its must to try on everything even if the size is correct. Sometimes the size is either really tight or way to baggy even though the cut says its all the same for 510 denim. Also hate that they close the fitting room an hour sometimes before closing. Another thing that annoyed me is one of the denim I bought wasnt discounted properly; it had a tag with a lower price then the originally and then was like an additional 50 off. The cashier didn't see the sticker and over charged me. Seriously why doesn't the register apply all the discounts withput human error. Ended up returning anyways, because I had to go home to try on since the fitting room was closed early. If all the skinny jeans were the exact cut they're supposed to be I'd give this 5 stars because then I wouldnt have to double check each visit. Other staff members instructed me to join the long queue again, which would have wasted another 30 minutes of my time. I bought a pair of Levi’s jeans from this store just last week. I noticed that the belt loop was already broken. I returned the jeans in perfect condition, with all tags still intact, expecting a reasonable exchange or return.
Instead, I was treated with complete disrespect and unprofessionalism. The staff brushed it off, claiming “they do the checks before selling jeans” and implying it must be my fault, without even genuinely inspecting the item. No effort was made to resolve the issue or even listen properly. Instead ask to do online return.
It’s unacceptable that Levi’s stands behind quality, but this store won’t even acknowledge a clear manufacturing defect on a brand-new product. I expected better. Will not be shopping at this...
