This location overall is great, being that there is so much foot -traffic in the mall, That being said, On several ocassions I tried to "Geek-out" with the staff , just to get a feel of what they really knew. As it turns out, The staff is a mish-mash of rag-tag wanna-be's that have little to no knowledge and have somehow been converted into more of a corporate mindset, It's very dissapointing. Just this weekend we decided to give this location another go, Mind you- up until this point things were "swimmingly' that is. until a purchase of a box of my favorite cards that always had promising odds, Not to mention, The box clearly states what the odds are. So going thru my favorite sets of cards, Something was off, not only did the box specify a specific set of what are known as "commons" my box contained More than what was speficied and the rarities that the box also listed, were non-existent. Believe me- I felt robbed, taken advantage of, So- i went back and met with the asian fellow, The "sellf-proclaimed" expert who told me that "He has only seen one to maby 2 rareities pulled from a box set." But- We then showed him what the box says specifically, He would just always shrug his shoulders " I don't know , that's what I was told". Okay so- that tells me he, he is specifically "cherry picking the card sets, repackaing them and selling them as is. Mind you- after this experience, i'm looking elsewhere. I know my cards, and anyone that knows them well can almost instantly tell if the Box set is...

Legends at Great Mall is an absolute gem for anyone into comics, trading cards, and games. Every time I walk through their doors, I know I'm in for a great time. What really sets Legends apart is the team. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about creating a great experience for everyone who walks in.

They always make me feel like part of the community. The vibe is super welcoming, thank you to their incredible team. Special shout out to Preston, Ethan, Hassan, Ranaldo, Dennis, Collin, and Jess.

One thing I love about Legends is their amazing selection of single cards. As a Magic The Gathering player and collector I can always find what I need here. Legends is a great place to meet people to play Commander Magic. They host commander games on Fridays and Sundays. The atmosphere is laid-back but still competitive enough to keep things interesting.

If you're into comics, card games, or tabletop games, Legends is a must-visit. The selection is fantastic, the events are fun, and the staff is top-notch. 5 out of 5 I can't...

I have been inside of this shop multiple times for smaller purchases and board game but never had much interaction with the staff.

Today, I went in with the intention of learning more about the modern Pokemon TCG after not playing for the last 20 years.

Ahna and Gurpy were on the floor today. Ahna greeted me and was able to answer some initial questions I had and provide her recommendations. I spent about 30 minutes with Gurpy, he took the time to answer my questions, talk strategy and current buyer habits. I left with a decent haul for my fiancé and I.

In a nutshell the staff was great, the product was fairly priced and plentiful and I left the store with a great impression of the staff and the store. An easy 5 star rating for Legends today, looking forward to my next...
