BAD SERVICE EVER!!!

I got the worst experience ever this morning at this store. I couldn't find price tags for stuffs that I would like to buy and couldn't find any associates around. Finally I found one, I asked if he worked here and he was like yeah.... Then carried on with what he was doing without offer help. I had to use the Self Check out to check the prices. What kind of attitude and services are offered at this supposing kid-friendly store! When I paid at Check out and didn't get my receipt, I asked the cashier who was right next to the Self Check-out station for help with the receipt. While waiting for him to print it, he asked me what I had bought. I raised my bag and asked him casually "oh, you didn't see when I checked out". He then said I was rude. I told him that I was just asking a question to clarify. He then waived his hand at me like "get out". I asked to talk to his manager and then he said he was the manager. I told him he was rude to me and he said he was giving me the attitude that I did him. What on earth with this guy? If he couldn't take a simple question for clarification, he shouldn't work at a...

Cute stuff, hostile environment

Zariah is a extremely bad manager. Will make you stay cashier all day while she’s in the back on her phone and then blame you for doing your job wrong when you were on your feet all day while she’s in the back. Doesn’t respect people of other backgrounds and favors only people that are in her background which should say something. So much for having a fun low key job. Takes it way too seriously and won’t bother to compromise because it’s become home base. That’s ok. At least I can drive to Tahoe the next day if I wanted to. Definitely not a job for college students or people with common sense or people that don’t power trip. It’s a extremely low class...

Walked in at 11am to see the store looking like it had been looted. The store manager didn't say a word to me (and I was the only one there) as she proceeded to text on her phone and slowly open up items and add them to a display.

I'm shocked to see a retail store in this sorry state. Items thrown under displays, trash and grime on the floor and shelves, items carelessly thrown around, there's no love and care at all.

But, that all makes sense given that the employees are verbally harassed, yelled at, and talked down to by upper upper management. If I was consistently made to feel like I wasn't good enough by my superiors, I wouldn't put any effort or love into my...
