I used to Manage a Buckle about 3 times as big and busy at this location and I promise you my store was top in sales for a reason. I came to do a return. I had the receipt and everything and this store manager and staff was the rudest nastiest people I've ever met. I used my friends $10 off coupon which doesnt violate Buckles policy or procedure and the employee with long dark hair who didnt even say hello let alone welcome to buckle took the receipt grabbed 2 other employees turned her back on me and it sounded like they were making fun of me, and then she turned around and said where's SO AND SO MY FRIEND. SHE SAID HE HAS TO RETURN THE JEANS. NO HE DOES T I HAVE EVERYTHING NECESSARY FOR THE RETURN AND U TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT I JUST USED HIS COUPON BUT SHE WAS DONE WITH NOT PROVIDING ME ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE and she refused to listen to what happened ut instead of listening she got loud so the entire store store could stare at me and I co tinied to talk trying to get her to listen and she picked up the phone to call security and told me to exit her store immediately or security would escort me out. I was mortified and I need my $110 back!! My friend was out here on vacation so I cant being them . She didnt listen to 1 thing I had to say and I get Buckle corporate would be mortified but how do I get my money back? I did nothing nd had all the required items to execute thereturn. If Bu. Ckle does not correct this error then I will go to her store every day with the receipt and make a public spectacle of this mean woman with zero people skills. Dont ever go here they are so rude and NO ONE deserves to be treated this poorly or made into a public spectacle its rude and embarrassing and un called for this was the woret buckle...

I went on a long and exhausting jeans journey today, starting with Target, then Macy's, then another mall store...finally ending up at Buckle. I was so relieved when all the jeans had multiple custom sizing. Sheldon helped me out, and gave fantastic customer service, and another teammate helped me as well, but I can't recall his name. I finally found the perfect fitting jean, and Sheldon helped me order a darker wash online, and it is even being shipped to my house in the next week. Even though I only found one type of jean that worked for me, I was incredibly relieved and grateful, and it was pretty much the best fitting jean I've ever found. In a minute of 5 minutes we had the same associate come up and get right in our face to constantly ask if we needed help. 6 times. We barely even left the rack we were at. While checking out we told the cashier it was bad and felt like we were getting harassed after we still spent over $100. The cashier left as soon as she got done giving us the receipt to run to go tell one of the managers. So we walked over and explained our experience to that manager while also over hearing the associates saying how rude it was for us to ask the names. Then the store manager came up and it just felt like we were getting dismissed. I looked up while the girl I was with was again telling the story and I could see all the associates just staring instead of helping the 15+ other customers...
