I attempted to make a return unfortunately their return policy is not up to date with other department stores, all tags must be on clothing for them to return. They won’t return if you are missing the tag regardless if you have the card you purchased on and used your member number. That’s not the reason for my complaint, just something to remember. The reason I’m complaining is because the security tag was left on the pants, I decided I’d keep them since I had no other choice and requested them to remove the tag since they were left on the sales associate said she was unable to remove them. I called spoke with Josh the manager he said technically they are supposed to however the exception could have been made. It was pretty clear I was upset by this whole experience and the sales associate decided to make it worse when she had the opportunity to make it a better experience for the customer. When I called the store and spoke with Josh, he made me feel heard that’s why this complaint get a one star and saw the opportunity to rectify the experience by having me come in and removing the security tag. Read moreI went to the store twice today, once with my kiddo earlier in the day where I was looking for two mens polos that were not in stock- I asked the gentlemen working if the Bridgeport location had stock he responded with telling me how I likely put the store location incorrectly when looking online I responded with probably and asked if he could still check the Bridgeport location. He did, and then he was helpful for other options etc. I came back this evening and the same crew was working, the gentlemen said "welcome back" as I walked in. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed while I was shopping and when checking out. The lady who was ringing up my purchase was rushing through, didnt ask for my account number (which I really like using since I get email copies of my receipts) I had to stop her to ask to add my military discount, she put the receipt in the bag and pushed it towards me and said "here you go". Transaction #1596 at 7:47pm Reg 2- the receipt doesnt have a name of employee. I typically would write this off but I've never felt this way when shopping at lululemon and always have a good experience with extremely good customer service. I was intending to shop for a full outfit today, however when I walked in I was told, "you're just browsing today, right?" So sure, we are browsing. We were followed around, offered a fitting room twice (being in retail, this is meant for someone who looks like they will steal). I got a room with shirts, bras, pants, the works.. however I needed my husband to get sizes and colors for me, because they WERENT ACTUALLY HELPING ME. Every time he went to get a different color or size, they followed him! What the heck?! I wanted to go all out with an outfit, maybe a few.. but we seemed to be stereotyped.
