Tillys — Local services in Milwaukie

Today I went shopping with my friends and we stopped by Tilly's and Hot Topic. We bought a backpack from Hot Topic as well as other items. One of the items had a sensor that wasn't taken off, so when we entered Tilly's the alarms whent off and a lady came up to my friends and I and she assumed that we stole the backpack because she asked for the receipt and went through our stuff without permission. I felt offended by how the situation was handled. She was rude and racist because my friends were Mexican. After this experience, I won't be coming back to this...

Walked into this place looking for a particular item and was treated like a high schooler. No one offered any assistance in helping me locate what I was looking for. The staff gave me the feeling that they couldn't be bothered. When I did find the item it was in the wrong place so the price wasn't what was specified in the area where I got the item which was also irritating because when I asked about it they treated me like I put the item in the wrong place just to get it cheaper I overall left feeling very...

She helped us with a few different requests and had the most amazing positive attitude, very respectful.
