Horrible service! Even the manager there can't issue credits or repay what you have stolen from me. Your online system is completely broken at my expense. I updated my credit card info and then got shut off. Guess what my credit card was there so why did you charge my old credit card and then shut me off and charge me $20? So then my $80 gig internet expired and you charge me $122 a month super awesome deal I might add 50% increase. I selected a new plan onlinefor $70 with adding my checking account direct deposit. You changed my plan without informing me and are charging $122 again why? I had to go into the store which is so very very stressful due to your system, lack of caring, and I know you guys are incompetent. I had to fire you today as. Aser ice provider because you're steeling my money and then telling me it's the system and there is nothing that you can do. So embarrassing that every single customer hates you guys and you steal from me right in front of my face and then tell me nobody in the store can do credits or anything to make it right. Why do you even have workers that can't even do their job? SMH. Oh I forgot to add how it took months and over 12 hours calling customer service to get refunded for selling me gig internet service with a modem only capable of 400mb vs the gig speed you were charging me for bad upsold me. You told me my modem would handle the speeds. A third of my contract robbed and lied to. Tough luck for me though right? I had to do my own due diligence to figure it out. Read moreIf I didn’t know that this company was a legit company I’d think it was a total scam. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. I set my home internet up ($125/mo) back in September of 2024 and at the time I had the ($35) WiFi pass. I canceled the pass and found out later that they had been charging me for not only the pass that I canceled, but the home internet service as well as an additional $70/mo for a phone line that I didn’t have. I went in and spoke to the people in the Xfinity store who cancelled the phone line and WiFi pass (again) and took my debit card off of auto pay. Color me surprised when they continued to withdraw money for all of those services after receiving the cancellation email from them. I tried calling to speak to billing on the advice of the store associate and proceeded to get the run around from numerous agents who continued to pass the buck. Finally I got my bank involved and signed paperwork to file fraud charges, and the day after I got an email saying Xfinity attempted to take more money out from a debit card that wasn’t even on my account. I have no idea who’s debit card that even was, and since filing the fraud charges, Xfinity CONTINUES to try to withdraw money from my account. Read moreMy experience here was horrible! When I walked into the store the check-in person started grilling me about my phone service and wondering why I was still with Verizon. This set the tone. I wanted to get rid of my cable and keep my internet. The two checker in people started grilling me about getting rid of my cable and doing internet only. I don’t think I need to give my reasons for this! Then, the sales person took me aside. I asked him to show me the different plans, twice. He was rude, hostile, and dismissive and refused to show me the plans. He wanted to sell me a $80 a month internet plan+$25 a month for unlimited. I felt rushed out of the store and ripped off. I called 1-800-Comcast after leaving that store. The representative lowered my bill from $80 for the internet down to $50 a month. She was so helpful. Same exact plan: speed and unlimited. Would not go here on a Saturday because the staff is so rude, and they are there to make you feel small and rip you off. One other thing- I filed a complaint with OHSA because their employees do not wear masks, and they allow customers to walk around the store without them.
