Chipotle Mexican Grill is by far on my top three Tex-Mex restaurants in the city. I love this location because you can pick a seat in the dining area, and watch mall shoppers from both the Clackamas Town Center and the Clackamas Promenade, the view is pretty cool and very unique if you ask me! The menu at Chipotle is very simple: Burritos, Bowls or Nachos. Its the tasty items that you pick and choose, to fill that burrito or bowl that makes this restaurant top of the chain! But I have to rave about their Pico-de-gallo salsa that I crave on almost a weekly basis! It is divine on all of the food served at Chipotles, and I highly recommend you try it, if you are in to Texas style of Mexican dining. Chipotle, menu items are paired with chips and salsa, but you will have to as for them during peak hours and during the dinner rush. The staff are very friendly, they are following all CoVid-19 requirements, sanitation level is great, but the only downfall I have ever experienced is the long lines during peak lunch and dinner times. The service is fast, but when lines are long, it can seem like forever to a hungry tummy! I give Chipotle a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five star review, for many reasons but my top star goes to the Pico de gallo salsa, because I would buy it by the metric ton, if it were offered!! Read moreI’ve stopped going to Chipotle over the years because their serving sizes continue to decrease as their prices increase. Tonight was the nail in the coffin. If you are going to eat here DO NOT ORDER IT THROUGH THE CHIPOTLE APP. I placed my order and it would not go through their system to the store. Drivers showed up continuously for almost TWO HOURS to be told over and over the order was not in the system. One driver called me and told me what was going on otherwise I would have had no idea! I called Chipotle support who told me ‘I found your order, I’m looking at it right now, and there’s a driver there’ and just didn’t seem to understand that the store itself did not have it. I called the store (which their automated system makes it ridiculously hard to get a real person on the phone) and spoke with a manager who seemed completely unbothered & annoyed and referred me back to the support line. Eventually my order cancelled itself, but I feel so bad for every driver who showed up and had their time wasted because neither the store or the support line knew what to do in this situation. Yes, I understand the store itself does not control the online order system, but when you place your order directly through the website, you’re trying to avoid the middle-man, and would hope the Chipotle employees whether in the store or through the support line would be able to help answer questions & resolve the problem when things go wrong. Read moreI do not have high expectations for service Chipotle, but this location is extra bad. Honestly felt like employees were trolling... didn't drain beans at all, scraped the gross cheese off the bottom of the make line and barely any, major skimp on the guacamole, basically put as little care and effort as humanly possible. Maybe even made an effort to be bad on purpose. Also waited for maybe 10 minutes to pay when there was no one else in line in front of me, and then the employee kinda slid my food at me in an unfriendly way and turned around without saying anything, when i literally said nothing to him other than "chips" and "thanks". Also watched employees look at their phones while waiting to pay. I understand there are online orders but cmon guys. It seemed like only teenagers working there, which is fine if they're managed and organized, but it didn't seem like there was even a manager on duty. More employees than customers in the store and the place was still a mess. This Chipotle needs to get an audit from corporate.
