Sarah was extremely helpful. I needed a larger size shoe to start Physical Therapy with my broken foot post surgery. I had called ahead to see what sizes they carry and when I got there, she had already pulled some out for me. She specifically found ones with support, cushion and clearance, knowing that eventually the swelling would go down and I would not need that size anymore. I was also struggling to try them on, and she brought a shoe horn and helped me with the shoe. I’ve shopped here before, but she helped solidified this a great store to shop for ASICS. When i walked into the store my daughter and i were greeted by an employee named Helen. She asked what we were looking for, we told her we were looking to buy my husband running shoes for his birthday and asked what she recommended. She became very rude and treated me like i was stupid and did not understand her and started to speak slow to me because English is not my first language. All I had asked for was a running shoe reccomendation and instead was treated very poorly. I am a local and Asics is our favorite shoe store, but we will no longer be giving them...

Kind of disappointed that this is suppose to be the Asics store, yet they only sell select new Asics shoes. They do have a handful of shoes and colors (like Cumulus and Nimbus) but not as many as I was expecting. For example, they don't have any of the Stratus brands. Staff was friendly and nice and the shoes I got here were good, but I don't know, probably would buy from Asics online or another Asics store, next time, rather than driving from Pensacola all the way...
