Update from a recent visit: I ordered some banh mi's, corn dogs and a slush online thought Doordash. I asked for extra veggies and peppers since that was an option but didn't get any. I asked for no Jalapeños on a banh mi (for my kids) and it had peppers in it. Then the bread is always cold and chewy. Wish they would warm the bread a bit. For a $10+ sandwiche I wish there was a bit more meat & veggies. Lastly, my biggest pet peeve-- crappy customer service. The young girl was quite unfriendly and didn't greet any customer at the counter. She just looked at me when I got to the counter and waited for me to tell what I needed. She then went to get my order and just handed it to me--in silence, no 'thank you' or anything. I know this Gen Z generation is awkward but customer service is quite important to a business. 4 stars: I don't know if the ownership or management changed but everything gotten much better. The man taking my order was very attentive and nice. I ordered a few banh mi's and drinks and it all came out good. Only thing I would ask for is the bread would be warmer--they were all cold. I saw their menu expended, so will be back to try them! Lastly, I really like the side bar of jalapeños and herbs.
First off the lady taking order was not very knowledgeable or friendly. I wanted the fruit tea they didn't have any that matched the menu online. Its seemed too hard to order any drink so we ended up not getting drinks. Then when my family and I ordered our sandwiches, the lady didn't know which one it was and kept asking me what kind...and not in a friendly way either. We asked for one to be without veggie at all, that was alot to do to make that change. Then the sandwich came out with green veggies and Jalapeños...now the kids can't eat it. We ordered only 3 sandwiches, had to wait 25 minutes for it! And there was a good bit of staff working. The prices in store are more expensive than online but we don't mind paying more...if it's worth it. And it wasn't. The very first time we came here the croissant sandwich had barely any meat in it. Now the regular sandwiches have anything either. Makes me wonder how expensive veggies are...b/c it was cut so tiny like a 5th if my pinky! And I love the floss size cilantro. Sad that there is no good sandwiches places...

Multiple walls heavily soiled behind and under equipment on cook line, in hallways, behind shelves, coolers, sinks, ice machine, under shelves on front counter, over and under 3 compartment sink. Repeat Violation High Priority - Observed 12 pesticide traps present on food contact surfaces behind drink shaker on front line, on food storage shelves and in cabinets next to food bins. Warning High Priority - Observed approximately 20 Roach excrement and/or droppings present under shelves and coolers and behind equipment. Warning High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 1 live roach behind fryers in kitchen, 1 live roach on shelf behind dough mixer, and 1 live roach in storage area across from 3 compartment sink under upright cooler. Read moreI usually have to drive an hour to the PCB location. Let me tell you how unbelievably excited I was to have noodle soup close by! Was quickly disappointed. First time stopping in they did not have the chicken sauce. So I got the rare steak with the broth cooked it, it was white. WHITE. I have never seen White steak. This was to go and add nothing but onions for toppings. I told the next week still didn’t have chicken far. Lady at the front was super sweet, but said the cook just makes whatever in the morning stopped in the next week asking for it again still didn’t have it. I asked them if they used dry or fresh noodles. They said they could only use try because they can’t get it fresh although other places have them so that’s a little strange. The dry noodles definitely have a different texture all together. I am here now and they are out of seven to eat things on their menu. Still didn’t have the chicken so I ordered the steak which is good but got three small pieces in my entire soup for almost $20. TWENTY! They’re also out of hoison sauce . People keep coming in and leaving left and right because they’re out of so much. Unfortunately, if they continue to have items and I don’t know where the prices I can’t see this place staying very long....
