I have not stayed here, but when I called for availability, the owner was kind and helpful. We actually were staying at the resort that backs up to this one, off of Bradley St. where we were harassed by the HOA. We released a video on youtube about our experience, and the HOA removed the 'business' from google and google maps, leading someone to believe this resort was the same. It is not. Please remove your unfair negative reviews from this place of business as it does not reflect this resort. It would be nice if google allowed a reply by others. My girlfriend and I visited the park to get away from the Michigan/Ohio winter weather. The rv is also a permanent home. Hands down, this resort was one of my favorite places to stay. It was extremely clean, quiet, and well kept. Spacious, gated community with beautiful landscaping and nicely leveled concrete pads. A 5 minute walk from the white sand beaches, numerous restaurants, and shopping in the area but still off the beaten path. Lisa and Ty (Park Management Team) were nothing short than amazing! Extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and personable. We had a great time with them. We also met some new friends within the park. People have mistaken this RV park for one that was on a YouTube channel but I’m gonna tell you as a first time RV or I have stayed at this park and friends and family have been here this is not the one that was on the YouTube channel I have met one of the owners are co-owners that run this place and they’re really nice I don’t know if they remember me but that’s totally fine I was probably about two or three years ago.
