Gulf911 — Local services in Miramar Beach

We stayed at (Palmetto palms )25 topaz cove in emerald shores June 22 - June 29. Upon arrival the upstairs master bed is being held together by a piece of plywood they rigged together. The floors were filthy our feet were black within minutes. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the filthy floors. There was no cleaning done, who knows if the linens were even washed. The second floor bathroom tub faucet is broken. No batteries in the controllers to operate the televisions in any room. The grill is not usable ( they did bring a new one after we complained). However the property manger was made aware of the issues and after being told not to stop by and disrupt our evening they did anyways. They enter to basically make nothing but excuses and then accuse the children of taking the batteries out and using it in their devices. ( devices that do not take batteries ). They were intoxicated while here and very disrespectful. We told them to get out. They acted like this is the first time they have had any complaints. Fast forward to the end of the week the dryer breaks. Which is not being fixed during our stay. All inexcusable things for a house that is 5k a week. Clearly the money they are making is not going into the upkeep of the property. The pictures show a nicely kept place. No compensations were made for all the inconveniences we have encountered. Very poor property management. We are yearly beach goers and we have never had this type...

I stayed in one of their condos and immediately noticed a strong mold smell upon arrival. Within a short time, I started feeling physically sick—headaches, congestion, and general discomfort, all symptoms consistent with mold exposure.

I submitted a detailed, honest review about this issue directly to Gulf911, but it was never posted. They seem to only allow 5-star reviews on their site, which is incredibly misleading and dishonest. No acknowledgment, no response, no accountability.

It makes me wonder how many other problems have been buried. When a company filters out all negative feedback, it’s a major red flag—especially when health concerns are involved.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You deserve a safe, clean place to stay—and a management team that...

We couldn’t find a better home. From the initial request to check out, the owners were amazing. The owners called us when the house was ready early. How many owners do that? The house is beautiful. Everything was immaculate. It is a short walk to the beach but comes with wagons that make lugging beach gear easy. The private access to the beach and bathrooms were awesome with three kids. The house is close to the pool but far away enough to not hear anything from it. The main pool was heated. I read some reviews where people mentioned being out early and having to do laundry. They have a huge washer. It wasn’t a big deal and these owners want to make sure this house is perfect...
