I was treated extremely poorly when I went to pick up a picture that had been in storage for them to repair. I felt bad that they had to keep the picture in storage for almost a year but every time I call them between 2 to 3 times they were very gracious and said don’t worry about it. They repaired the problem but then added a new problem to the picture. I spent $2500 at her store the day I bough that picture and two other items. When I questioned them about the frame of this picture I get a nasty remark about what do you want me to do give your money back! Risa had a very condescending tone. I was extremely surprised that she talk to me the way that she did because I have been in her store several times and she was very kind. But you do not treat your customers like that when I myself was very concerned and kind to her. I will never shop...

We happened upon Risa's Interiors while closing escrow on our home nearby. Risa and her staff were nothing short of amazing, friendly, efficient and are all around wonderful to work with. We were moving from across the country and needed a trustworthy, efficient and a good listener to what we had in mind. Risa is all of these things and more. We left her with a key to our home and she got straight to work filling our home with furniture and decor that was spot on to what we envisioned. I have purchased something every few months from living room furniture to dining room chairs to artwork throughout my condo! Marta has been instrumental in turning my dated beach front condo into a beautiful piece of paradise!
