I've never had a problem with them! I've been renting for about 5 months now and I am fully satisfied with my purchases! They we're pre-owned but they are wonderful!

I looked all over Missoula for the perfect furniture for my new apartment and Aaron's had them! They staff their are amazing as well! I meet some girls there and this nice friendly man too. Absolutely friendly and answered my questions positively and accurately; Not like confused sales associates or anything... Even when I was going to be late on a payment they were really understanding and not critically about a payment --- they've worked with me. I highly recommend Aaron's for people building credit and want cheap furniture. Even if I wanted new furniture in the future I can trade mine in and get a whole new reasonable payment. Yay!...

started a lease for a dishwasher a few years back. It was a nightmare. We forgot to pay on the exact due day and five minutes after they opened the next morning we had two phone calls and all the fees they charge for phone calls.Thankfully, once we got it paid it was done and over with. I've since tried a couple laptops, but they still charge almost double what the laptop is worth even if it has dents and things. You're paying just way to much and getting very little in return. Most of these items you can buy for 400-900 cash, youre gonna get charged 1500-2000 to do it through aarons. Doesn't make any kind of sense. Avoid this place, put 50 away each check, and buy in cash. It'll cost so much less. The store never even had the laptops I wanted on display. Kind of a scam...

5/5☆ I have been going through aarons for almost 2 years now. They told me the price from the start (the price from start to finish) and it hasn't changed. Payments are manageable and they are so friendly and kind, friendly, and professional. Anytime I have issues they are here the same day to resolve the issue.on the other end of things I also rent from rent a scammed (I mean center) I go through them for different products. I was told a price at the beginning and almost a year later it somehow changed. They also are trying to scam on payments and are not professional.
