A few months back we were in Missoula, looking for things to do in the afternoon. I found a gallery that I really wanted to see and off we went. We met the owners and instantly felt at home. We spent over two hours in the store chatting like old friends and admiring the beautiful pieces of their handmade Montana Sapphire Jewelry. Over priced services, I was charged 40 dollars to have my necklace shined and to have a single ring put on to connect the chain to a clasp. Only for them to tell me my item couldn’t be shined because it was a coated metal, while I was still charged for the shining service. I’ve had other jewelry stores do these exact two services for free and it didn’t take a week to get my necklace back either.
