My husband bought me a jacket from Desert Wild as a gift while he was on a trip to Washington. We reside in Virginia. After trying it on, I called the next day to see if I could return it for a larger size. I was informed they were not taking returns due to covid. I asked if I could wait a couple of months until we have a vaccine. I won't wear it and I would leave the tags on. I was informed that I could only get a gift card if they could accept it at that time. What a waste of money - I live in VA - not like I can go any time. Thoughtful shop, doesn’t feel fake or mass produced like other spots might. Higher quality. Didn’t feel gimmicky. The people were also very pleasant.
