Downtown Inn Moab — Local services in Moab

Overall a great stay! It was clean, spacious, and within walking distance of lots of restaurants!

Our crew stayed in Unit A and had a couple recommendations that could make future stays even better (but still ranked highly):

Clearer signage on the unit doors instead of in small print beside them. We had multiple other groups checking in try to come into our unit.

Update the lock pads as people checking in at night couldn’t see the numbers even with a flashlight or the porch light on.

Add a couple decorative mirrors in the unit. We had a crew of six, but we could imagine if 8-10 people were there and had need to “get ready” at the same time, it would be very tight in the bathrooms.

The unit was advertised on Airbnb as 3 bedrooms. It had 2 bedrooms and a loft area that overlooked the living room. It worked fine for us, but the listing should be updated to say “loft beds” or something. (It is correct on the Downtown Inn...

Such a crazy cool location. I stayed at n Unit C with 6 king sized beds. You’re not on the main drag so you don’t get all the semi traffic noise and Harley‘s going through town but you’re only one block off the main drag next to the fire station. We’ve stayed out of town numerous times and driven in for dinner and what not it was so nice just being able to walk to everything. You don’t have to decide what you want to eat until you see it as you’re walking down the street. Just takes all the stress out of that time of your evening. Accommodations are first rate with beds that are extremely comfortable and did I mention how quiet it is. There’s room to store your mountain bikes in the common service area and there’s two hot tubs to...

The place was super nice on the inside, comfortable beds, TVs in every room, clean kitchen utensils, etc... The inside was great. The outside on the other hand was pretty terrible. Just around the outside of the place, it smelled like a rotting corpse. We thought it might be gone after a day but nope, it was there the entire stay. Just constantly smelling like dead...
