Mountain Souvenirs — Local services in Moab

Went into this store while browsing with my family, when one of my family members innocently tested out one of their toys to see how it worked. Not being obnoxious or trying to make a scene in any way. As we were walking out the lady working shouted at him and asked if he had $14.99 to pay for the toy. And as we all chuckled and starting walking out of the door she very rudely stated she was not joking. So I guess if you have small children and family members who go into the store do not lay a finger on anything or you’ll be yelled at over a dinky toy gun that is literally ground level for children to grab. Amazing store with so many great gifts. I walked around, Destiny was very helpful answering questions about several items and when I came back later that afternoon 2 young men behind the counter welcomed me back. Nice touch. When I arrived back home, I wanted to pick up a few more fragile items as souvenirs for friends and family and spoke with the owner Sammy. He took photos of what I was looking for to confirm, then Destiny got a hold of me, packaged them up safely and securely and mailed them to me. They arrived in a couple of days. I purchased a t-shirt in September 2024 and when I got home realized that there was a misspelling on the decal. I called and spoke to Sammy who was willing to make things right but we were leaving the next day for home. He said to call him when we got home and they would take care of things. So I did. Destiny returned my call and Mountain Souvenirs held true to their word. Destiny sent me options asked me what replacement decal I wanted, along with many color options. She took care of everyting.
