Walker Drug Company — Local services in Moab

I moved to the area about 4 months ago and I have a hard time with finding bras that fit me and of course there's nothing in Moab that's suitable for our big chested women. So I spoke to the most wonderful woman and walkers she runs the apparel department and the bra department she started special ordering my size and just to make sure I could have a bra that would fit me properly so I wouldn't have to wear three different sizes that didn't fit in order to get coverage. They're so wonderful and helpful there every time I walk in they say hello to me I'm at the most amazing people work here I have a lady that's in the apparel department with her that literally looks for outfits that look like me and lets me know when stuff is there and I can come in and get it they definitely helping me dress original since I'm usually in tank tops in shorts it's nice to wear girl clothes again that actually fits. They're also wonderful here even the pharmacist took the time to walk around and looking at every single product to help me with the pain I had in my knee and he referred some amazing CBD cream that he had them in Port and it took the pain away like magic it was very impressed everyone here is so amazing and wonderful and they care about you this is the only store I could honestly walk in without breaking out and hives and anaphylactic shock I'm honestly allergic to everything and every time I walk into every other grocery store I break out into some form of hives or I have an allergic reaction this is the only store I can walk into that I can actually spend time in grocery shopping it's so wonderful and nice. I love everyone who works here they definitely will treat you like family if you go here this is the number one store in Moab for me it's honestly the only one I now shop at I love them for everything no matter what I need they're very loving and supportive and not just mental and it will do whatever it takes to go above and beyond every single time they treat you like family this is definitely the place to be in Moab I will say that thank you you guys I love...

The last 4 months customer service has been horrible. Grocery And CO Manager has a bad attitude. I have heard her complain about her long hours in the isle of the store. I have seen local customers and tourists walk out . Now I have given good reviews for Walker Drug but since the loss of Vivian the place has truly went down hill. I will be moving my pharmacy purchases to City Market and no longer shop with this store as of today. I come in with a defective product (one of many and the only one I have bought back out 5)and it was purchased 45 days ago to be told "NO" they would not refund or exchange or even a store credit with the receipt. No the product was not discontinued or marked down. Purchased full price and product is still stocked in the store. The Co-Manager lied...nothing new there..about talking to me. She never did until today when I said to the Manager "she never talked to me" then she told me to leave and never come back. Are that point I did tell her what I thought of her and told her to go right ahead and call the cops. Walker has lost a customer that spends on average between grocery and personal items as well as another customer I shop for around 300 to...

One of my favorite places in Moab .We are fortunate to have this business here.The Walker Pharmacy is fantastic friendly people .The general store is the same way and the hardware store is excellent help .thank you all.NEW!! (addition :April 2024- about 2 years from my first review). I would like to update that the Walker pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used and time tested now.They have even gotten better. Matt,Ron,Corey,Jenea,are the nicest,most helpful,compassionate,and diligent people ever.They treat me as if I am " family".Thank you for such great concern and awareness and for going that "extra mile" -so rare these days.Absolutely recommend them as the Best in the West.They even started a home delivery to me- a wheelchair bound person.👏UPDATE:May 2 2024.
