We stumbled across HSH one day while couch shopping when we saw a HSH car drive past us and decided to go check it out. We were immediately greeted by Ravi’s sweet smile and calm demeanor. We told her we were in a hurry that day but that we would return the following day to get a more detailed look. We were impressed by the fact that their furniture is made in the USA and more impressed by the 2-4 week turn around time. We were also super excited that we could potentially customize our sectional to exactly what we wanted. I gave Ravi my phone number and she texted me measurements of a couple couches we initially were interested in. We returned the following day and Ravi was ready to get to work. I loved how nobody was pushy like most furniture stores. They wanted to work with the budget we had and what WE wanted. We were able to customize everything down to the pillows. Ravi was so sweet and waved the fabric up charge because she knew how much that part meant to us. Everything arrived to our house in less than 3 weeks! & Arrived in the delivery time given. The delivery guys were quick and knew what they were doing. I will never buy furniture anywhere else. This was an amazing furniture store and experience in a way I have never seen before! It’s my first time moving out of state and away from home into my new apartment to start my career and Ravi was more than welcoming, attentive, and helpful from the moment I entered the store to delivery! She welcomed me with a warm greeting and smile. I even showed her my style and tastes off Pinterest and she personally researched and contacted me to recommend and send pictures of pieces I might like. Everything was super customizable and pieces and parts were all interchangeable! There was no pressure at all from her and once I had decided on everything with her help, she worked out and got me a super affordable deal and package price for everything including the delivery. I will only be shopping at this furniture store from now on and I have recommended it to all my family and my friends, whom one friend just went to get a couple pieces from there as well! After several stops at furniture shops in Modesto, my final stop was at HSH Furniture. I was greeted with a warm welcome as I walked through the door, and in a short time found exactly what I wanted. There was never any pressure and Lien was very helpful and friendly. I ended up purchasing a platform bed, mattress, dresser and mirror for my granddaughter. Everything was delivered and set up on time and it looks beautiful! It appears to be really good quality and reasonably priced for what I got, especially compared to what I found in other stores. The two gentlemen delivering and setting up the furniture did an outstanding job. They were so professional, kind, friendly, and cleaned up everything before they left. A couple of hours later I received a call from Lien asking how everything went and if I was satisfied. I totally did not expect that call. I was pleasantly surprised.
