Horrible customer service! I ordered a large all meat pizza and paid for a large ($41.21) pizza, upon delivery I received a medium pizza. I called the store, without any issue, to see if they can credit me the balance so I can at least get some of my money back for the purchase. The girl stated that she will credit me with a large pizza as originally ordered and I can pick it up whenever I would like to. Two days later, I called the same Roundtable Pizza in order to redeem my pizza. I was notified that I can come pick up my pizza in approximately 10-15 minutes today (4/11/2023) and was read back my order confirming that I had the large all meat pizza from Saturday confirming RoundTable had knowledge of what happened.
I came across town and walked into the store to be rudely greeted by a worker name "Geeta" she claimed to be someone of "authority figure" or maybe a lead staff. She wanted to know who I spoke to on the phone on Friday (4/7/2023). I stated I wasn't exactly sure whom it was, however indicated that I ordered the pizza on Saturday (4/8/2023) and it was around 7:30pm and gave the receipt. Geeta stated she doesn't know who or what I was talking about, she said she was working that night, and thought i was untruthful basically calling me a lair without saying that and no one told her about this and policy does not allow this kind of thing to happen. I explained to her that, this seems more like a staffing issue rather than a customer issue. And at that point what are they going to do to make it right? They didn't bother to call me and state that they weren't able to fulfill my order which would have saved me a trip across town.
Geeta was extremely rude in regard to any customer service and made no attempt, at minimum, credit me back the difference or make it right. In fact, she laughed when I stated I can file a complaint in regard to the occurrence. She asked for my name and number, and I will just assume nothing will happen.
In my almost 700 reviews and 5.8 million views of these reviews of places I've been around the world, this is the FIRST negetive review I will give. Given I have thousands of followers on my social media, this will not be reviewed well on any platform I have either. I absolutely NEVER complain about these things however, this was ridiculous. Try better...you can keep my money for improvement and better customer service trainings. I've never been treated like this...
Read moreI had a really bad experience here a while back. I ordered a Polynesian Maui Zaui Large pizza and got a barbecue chicken which I’m not big on barbecue at all. I was very upset usually I don’t complain but I called manager and he sent me an email stating I can get a free pizza if I give them a second chance. I was so mad at the time I decided not to do that. Right now they have a super awesome nfl game day special They give you a pizza with 2 Sides and I tried it on HSt Street Modestoand it was awesome. So I ordered a here on Pelandale Online for my son to pick it up. It has been so long, but I called the manager and Diane really was nice to assist me and getting the free pizza that I ordered so long ago free with my game day special. it is nice to see that restaurants that offer you free incentives to come back if you’ve had a bad experience that they actually honor it. The manager, Diana obviously understands the importance of customer satisfaction. I haven’t got my pizza yet, but I am grateful and happy that the manager, Diana understands the importance of repeat customers and since I live locally, she knows if the pizza is good and she takes care of her customers that they will keep coming back. I loved roundtable my entire life. They use real ingredients, and even though it’s kind of pricey at times, it’s still pretty good and worth it when you want a really good pizza. Read moreCame in for lunch with my husband. There were 2 female employees at the cash register when we arrived. They were talking amongst each other & didn't even bother to greet us. My husband says, "Hello! How are you?" twice, but we were ignored. Finally, the employees stop talking & my husband places our order. The female employee for some reason is blanked out, staring into the abyss. She then comes to & says, "huh?". My husband repeats our order. We ordered an large all meat stuffed crust pizza. While we were seated, waiting for our pizza, another customer comes in. She asked if they had a restroom. The employee replies, "What?!". Our pizza is done & the second employee brings it out to our table. She says, "I'm assuming this pizza must be your guys?".
I was extremely baffled by both employees' attitude & how they spoke to us & other customers. There were 3 tables that needed to be cleaned. One of the employees eventually got to them, but the plates that they gave us were gross. I could see water stains & feel oiliness on them. I used the napkins to wipe them off. I asked my husband to grab me a knife & a fork. The fork looked dirty & they only had plastic knives available.
Overall, the pizza was good. Customer service is 100% terrible. The employees are rude & unprofessional. 4 out of 5 for the pizza. 1 out of 5 for customer service. If I could I'd give 0 for...
