Easily the best pho in town and honestly some of the best I've had in the Puget Sound area. The ingredients were all fresh and crisp but the distinction of any pho place is their broth. This one is special. I had the beef broth and It has a deep rich depth of flavor. Good pho broth is going to have layers of spices like star anise and cinnamon and you could taste those here. Not one standing out above the others, all in harmony, creating a wonderful symphony of flavor. Well done indeed. We did take out and drove 20 minutes home and the broth was still hot which I haven't always experienced other places. Highly recommend you check this place out dine in...
Read moreI eat here often. This is the best pho I have ever eaten. The broth is so good. I have even tried the vegetarian broth and it is also delicious! The spring rolles or vegi rolls are also very good here. I have tried many of the different meats and veggies for the pho and they are all good. The pho with tendon is my personal favorite but it is all delicious! They even have all veggie options for those who do not eat noodles. The wait service is inconsistent. This is a very relaxed atmosphere so if you need a water refill or anything you may need to ask. What they sometimes lack in wait staff they more than make up for with flavor!...

She seemed annnoyed with me after that, loudly thanking a few other customers who did give her a tip. I think she got her revenge ultimately as when I got home I found all the cutlery had black hairs on it. Am I out of line thinking that no tip is needed just for taking ny order and ringing up my...
