Vinaccio Coffee — Restaurant in Monroe

I really like Vinaccio's coffee, and used to support it as a local coffee shop over Starbucks. But I've been very disappointed in their lack of care about protecting public health during this pandemic. There was only a brief period in 2020 when anyone was wearing masks. But even then, they seemed to forget that the nose is indeed a part of the respiratory system and just had them over their mouths, and touched and adjusted them over and over, etc. In summer 2021 when mask mandates came back for the county and then state, I asked a barista why nobody was wearing masks and they said the Department of Health hadn't specifically told THEM they need to or given them an individual, formal notice about it, and until they did they were "just going to continue to do what they've been doing." So Starbucks it is, then, because at least I know they follow health...

Such a killer place to get coffee! We just don’t get coffee like this where I’m from (Utah). Whenever I travel I target places that roast their own coffee and this place absolutely delivered.

I’m a sucker for a good cold brew, which is what I ordered here. It was fantastic. Too fantastic, really. To the point where I had to buy several bags of coffee to brew at home. Ended up walking out with as many as I thought I could fit in my luggage.

I had hoped to meet the person that does all the roasting because I’m just fascinated by the process and would love to see this place in action on roasting day. But they weren’t in when I visited, guess I’ll just have to make the trip out here again.

Regardless, of all the places in the area that do their own roasts; this spot is one of the best...

I haven’t been to Vinaccio since i was a kid, like 6 years old. My dad and i used to go through the drive-thru in marysville and we would get smoothies. as a kid, i thought it was a smoothie place. i recently moved and discovered this location in Monroe and the girls working were SO sweet.
