I had a similar experience as another google reviewer, I had 6 documents that all required a notary stamp, the woman told me it would be $10 per page so $60 for a few mins of her time. I asked if she could do any less, maybe two for one price? She wouldn’t hangle at all on her price stating it’s her bond on the line. When I know as a notary how many pages you charge for has nothing to do with your bond. I have been to another ups in Kent WA where the gentleman there charged only $10 for multiple notaries. The woman running this store obviously isn’t interested in doing the right thing to help customers or me as a customer instead looking to squeeze out every last dollar she could from me. I won’t give them any other business unless I’m left with no other option. I was also looking to buy stamps and have shipping needs but I will be going to the post office instead and purposely didn’t purchase other items after being overcharged for the notary service. If you have a choice to do business somewhere else I suggest avoiding this ups store.....this is in response to the owner response, I do understand “some” notaries take 30 mins with just the one stamp, mine were all one page docs with very straight forward simple sign and stamp, it took the gentleman at chase an entire 3-4 mins max to help me which he did for free with a smile! $60 which was quoted from the rep at ups was a very steep price for 3-4 mins, if I was getting a will notarized I could expect higher price! Unfortunately some big box places stick to high prices rather than doing the right thing by customers which in this case maybe they could have offered a lower price because they were such minima docs. It gave me a bad taste in my mouth for this store and I have shared with others not to go here and instead see Surgey at Chase who is wonderful! I’d also like to add how I noticed that the other negative reviews have been deleted from here....seems suspicious, reviews I read myself are now MIA, but only...
Read moreI recently visited my local UPS store and I have to say, I was truly impressed with the quality of service. The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient, but what really stood out to me was the return of a long-time employee, Wyatt. I had heard from other customers that Wyatt had been away for some time, but his comeback has made a significant impact on the overall experience.
From the moment I walked into the store, Wyatt greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to answer all of my questions patiently. He even provided some helpful suggestions on how to package my items securely to ensure they arrived in the best possible condition. Wyatt's knowledge of UPS services was truly commendable and it was evident that his years of experience in the industry had given him an edge over other employees.
What really struck me, though, was how Wyatt managed to handle multiple customers at once without making anyone feel neglected. He maintained a calm and composed demeanor, ensuring that everyone received the attention they deserved. His ability to multitask and provide personalized service to each customer demonstrated his exceptional work ethic and dedication to his job.
Moreover, I noticed that Wyatt's presence seemed to have a positive influence on his coworkers. The atmosphere in the store was one of collaboration and camaraderie, with everyone working together to deliver top-notch service. It was apparent that Wyatt's return had not only improved customer satisfaction but also boosted the morale of the team.
In conclusion, my experience at the local UPS store was nothing short of exceptional. Wyatt's return has elevated the quality of service to a level that has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of UPS services, and I will definitely be returning for all my shipping needs in the future. Kudos to Wyatt and the entire team for their...
Read moreI wanted to share feedback about an unpleasant experience I recently had at your store. I want to start by noting that I usually receive excellent service during my visits, which makes this incident particularly disappointing. When I arrived with two Amazon returns, Mario assisted me. He was friendly, professional, and very polite — an excellent representative of your team. However, the experience with another associate was quite the opposite. I did not catch her name, but she appeared to be a young woman with blondish, shoulder-length hair and possibly a nose ring. While assisting another customer nearby, she displayed a noticeably unfriendly demeanor — no greeting, no engagement, and a constant scowl. During my interaction with Mario, after he scanned my first item, I placed it on the shared scale between them. Without saying a word, she abruptly and aggressively pushed /swiped my package off the scale because she needed to use it. Her body language and expression made it clear she was irritated, and she made no effort to communicate courteously. A simple, polite request to move the item would have completely changed the interaction. Unfortunately, her behavior reflected a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. I hope this feedback can serve as a reminder of the importance of kindness and respectful communication, especially for employees representing your brand at the front of the store. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. I appreciate your attention to...
