It's okay. Relatively close to home, never too crowded and good popcorn consession stand. Usually clean too. One thing I will ding the movie theater on is the beer and wine bar area for some movies. Definitely needs an overall. Went to see Spiderman No Way home this evening (with the theater we were going to be in the beer and wine area). However I didn't see anyone working the bar area. On top of that by the ticket windows, there were advertisements running that said that the bar area was serving old fashioned and spiked lemonade (I think it was lemonade with a shot or 2 of vodka). Didn't see anyone working the bar area amd when I asked a lady working the concession stand area about having an old-fashioned cocktail (actually a relatively simple cocktail to make in my opinion) in addition to small popcorn, she didn't understand what I was saying and had to take off my mask at least once to try and explain it, however she still.didn't seem to know what an old fashioned is. Also I think her supervisor came said that the theater wasn't serving old-fashioned cocktails at this time (contrary tonwhat was advertised by the ticket windows). Ultimately got a beer instead to go with the popcorn. However that was definitely false advertising in my opinion as the ads for the cocktailswere definitely misleading (some people might not buy from the bar area if they aren'tserving what peopleare in the mood for,.especially if what the bar area is different from what is advertised). Bar area should have people working it (especially during busier times when more people are sitting in the beer and wine theaters) and have full drink menus posted saying what kinds of drinks they are offering..if they are serving cocktails in addition to beer and wine, there needs to be aist or a menu of cocktails being served and make sure that employees working the bar area have the ingredients needed to make the cocktails as well as making sure they are knowledgeable about making the drinks that are offered. Also, if it is beer and wine only, the theater shouldn't be advertising cocktails as well. Misleading otherwise. if it is too complicated, too slow service or too pricey, people won't buy food or drinks from the bar area and might opt for regular seating otherwise (just get a popcornand soda instead). Might also encourage people to smuggle airplane bottles (or other premixed drinks too) and slip the liquors of their choice (such as jack.and coke) into their drinks that way. if the theater is no longer serving down certain cocktails or drinls they should take down the advertising Pronto and post signs sayingthat they are no longer serving those. I realize that it was and snowy week and might affect the staff levels,, but I hope it is not like that all the time. Coild be problematic for both the theater and customers otherwise. Also if they are out of things, there should be some signs posted. People might not know if things are sold out otherwise. It is possible that theater might be struggling and had to cut workers. That is one area that needs fixing. Also, looks like the arcade area has been taken down probably due to the ongoing...

0 Stars, STAY AWAY. We went to see a fathom events show on 10/15/19, the staff was friendly and the theater seemed outdated but acceptable. The problems started when we entered theater 9. The speakers were painfully loud and they were cutting in and out, which only made the jarring horrible jazz even worse. After talking to an employee and enduring 10 more minutes of musical hell, they were turned down. The manager came into the theater about 15 minutes after the show was supposed to have started and said there was a problem with the download and they were waiting for them to resend it, and that it would be another 20 minutes before they could start the show. The horrible elevator music came to an end, and the picture finally started, only with no sound. After complaining to the assistant manager I returned to find they had fixed the sound problem, but this led to a worse issue. They were playing the wrong movie, but since on Thursday it was supposed to be a double feature with this movie and then the reboot, I figured they just decided to do the double feature on Tuesday also. I was wrong as another movie-goer came back to say they only had the old movie and the new one wasn't going to be shown tonight. This was the last straw and everyone in the theater marched to the front box office for refunds. This process was incredibly painful as the staff tried to reverse the charges for the ticket and was unsuccessful. After trying for over 20 minutes and failing, they just gave us a cash refund, but they didn't refund the $5.25 booking charge. So at the end of the day I'm out some money, some time, and have a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be back here. Please avoid this theater if have...

Tonight I went to see 6pm Wild Robot w my daughter and this very very sweet ticket girl was so kind and as I asked her to watch my snacks while we went to bathroom real quick and came back out, she had a very sketchy man so close to her I had assumed they were friends ….. then when I got my snack back from her as I was thanking her she looked at me very scared and mouthed “help me” as she darted her eyes at the guy close to her… omg that made my heart drop - then and there I knew what was going on and I asked him nicely at first “are u watching a movie here?” And as he started to answer got even closer to her so I just cut him off and said “you need to leave her alone, walk away and shooed him off and as he was leaving I said Do Not come back over to her!” He left but I was scared for her bc I was going into a movie so I went and told the snack grew guys what happened and Please watch her and protect her and when I came to check near the end of my movie they explained someone was with her the whole time until her actual bf came and got her plus they banned the weirdo from the theaters! GOOD ON YOU GALAXY!! For taking care of your female crew I’m sure u made her feel much safer and heard. I don’t know her but I hope she’s good and I give this theater 10 stars not just for their movie business but for how they handled this!! A very nice gentleman afterwards I got to shake his hand and thank him also for his help and I am proud of that team. Thank you!!!
