I went in clueless on the size of edible picture I should get for a half sheet cake. I asked but the man at the register was so rude... immediately looked me up and down and made it awkward and said something to another lady who works there and they were both just starring at me. So anywho. I ask him what he suggested and his response was basically idk... how do you work at a cake place with Zero knowledge? He was rude. Dismissed me and said... figure out what you need. Once I was ready he continued to ignore me while I was still standing there.. the lady who works there was nice and helpful. She took my order and was very kind. I love this place but the bald man was very rude... I’m covered in tattoos so I’m sure that’s why he acted the way he did... thee worst costumer...

This place is magical for a hobbyist baker 😍 I'm not from the area, otherwise I'd visit the store daily or weekly. The store has anything you can think of baking related, in my opinion as someone who bakes for a hobby. And I love that it's centralized in this wonderful shop. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. 11/10 will always recommend. I will be driving from out of town to visit this shop for my baking needs. Came here twice. The first time I got a weird vibe from the guy behind the counter but I gave it another shot. the second time he was just rude and unhelpful, either he doesn't know anything about baking or their inventory or he just didn't want to do his job. When we walked to the front to get rung up he hid in the back until someone else needed to be rung up and he didn't have a choice. My husband said he'd rather drive me 40 minutes then ever come in here...
