I was having constant trouble with my audio and visual/cable system.. I had the original person that set the system up try to fix the issues I was experiencing.. it was driving me crazy as I needed to reboot everything every time I turned the TV on.. the repair process went on for way too long, so I gave up and decided to call Axiom hoping they could resolve the problems. Kevin came out soon after I called and had the understanding required to right the wrong and within an hour everything was finally back to normal.
