What was once a warm, inviting atmosphere characterized by genuine hospitality and knowledgeable staff now feels disappointingly sterile and corporate. Particularly concerning is the noticeable decline in customer service, exemplified by the unfortunate dismissal of a highly experienced and beloved server, whose personal touch and familiarity with regular patrons greatly enhanced visits. This shift toward impersonal interactions detracts significantly from the unique charm and community feel that previously set this winery apart.
