Excellent value for the price. We live in PG and have eaten here several times. Until tonight, I’d be 5 stars all the way! The food is really good! The price is absolutely fair, and normally the service is exceptional! They could have gotten away with marginal food because the service has always been that exceptional! My daughter gets the sliders almost every time! This is in fact why we chose to go tonight! She picked where we were eating and she wanted these sliders! When served, there was only 1… I figured that every other time maybe we’d ordered from the appetizer slider option or some other easily explained mix up. I looked up the menus on line and all options for sliders (appetizers and kids menu) call out as plural. I asked our server if she could get another slider hooked up for us and she kinda mumbled and then walked away. A few moments later the manager came to educate us that they’ve never served 2 sliders on the kids menu. (couldn’t educate us on why they are written as plural but “probably because maybe they used to serve 2 or something”). Ok…I’m with my family and I hate the guy who argues in public…so I just ask if he can please prepare another slider for my daughter. They did, and it was great(!)…and problem largely solved. Small thorn in my paw, but whatever. I secretly hoped they would have comp’d the slider or something. Rather I got charged for everything, including every refill! Each of which we had to summon help to get refilled! I know they can’t give away iced tea, (or water) and certainly not beef! But c’mon! I’m sure they were right and the times before we were on the winning end of several mistakes having received 2 sliders… And certainly I understand bad days! I have plenty and am not always bringing my A game. Maybe this was that. But it still seems that a better option would have been to explain we were just lucky in the past, further explained that our expectation in the future should be 1 slider and we can option for an additional slider a la carte, then run back cooked the little 2oz slider and served it. Now I can’t say I’ll go back. There are enough decent restaurants in the area and a few exceptional restaurants. It’s a hotel restaurant so their client mix is probably 80% captive and 1 off (?) but still. At the least they should change the menu to read slider. They could probably have it changed quicker than cooking a kids slider! Nit picky? Probably. Overly critical? Maybe. But for $150.00 (yes, we did leave a 20% gratuity), and a lesson in being wrong, I feel it is fair to expect better grammar if they cannot provide...

My family and I dined here and while I am giving it 5 stars, I still would like to share my experience and provide feedback. Upon arrival, it was apparent that it was a busy evening. The desk was empty and a few minutes later, the hostess shouts from another side of the restaurant that she’ll be right with us (long line forming at this point). She was obviously very flustered. When she made it to the desk, there was not any greeting but she made eye contact, so I approached her and asked how she was and I received a “overwhelmed!”. Asked for a table for 4, and was told she needed to ask the servers. Then she came back and asked us to pick from a booth or table. We picked the table and when handing us a menu, told us that the servers were extremely overwhelmed and we needed to be patient with them. My husband comes from a background in this line of work and was extremely annoyed by this and her approach about it. I’m not sure if she might not have been in this role for long but her doing this almost ruined our dinner and gave us a bad first impression of the restaurant. We contemplated if we should leave at that point for faster service, as we had our small children with us. We were anticipating a longer than usual wait, but surprising we were greeted by our server Izabella within 10 mins. We had waters, lemonade, and our food about 10 minutes after that. Izabella was very polite and prompt and went out of her way to find crayons and a kids menu that the hostess had passed out to every child but ours (I say this because I watched her pass them out after restocking them. They were all out when customers were being seated). Izabella went above and beyond and was very friendly and professional. She is definitely the reason this review became 5 stars. Other than the super weird experience with the hostess (which is the first impression of every restaurant), the food was great as well as the dessert and we really enjoyed it. Food came out promptly and was hot and fresh. Lots of flavor and great presentation. Kids menu was a plus and had good options for the littles. The ambiance was great and would love to return but hope we don’t get the...

This place has to be one of the worst places me and my fiancé have been to and we will never be back! Made a reservation 2 months in advance in preparation for Valentine’s Day made a phone call in advanced that we were bringing our dog and at this time there was no mention of any type of menu change or problems. Day of turns out the they changed the menu to a pre fix menu for today only which everyone had to order and they have removed everything else including their dog menu. We didn’t make a big deal about this as it was already too late to change last minute plans. The whole night the service was horrible. It took 20 minuties to bring out our drinks in which she never brought our water even when requested once in the beginning and once during course 3 again in which water never came. Took 25+ minutes to receive course 1 salad as well. This would make more sense if the place was extremely busy but keep in mind although it wasn’t very quiet the tables were about 3/4 filled. What really got me was that they added a 20% automatic tip which I don’t mind paying normally but with such a crap service I needed to speak my mind. These servers know that they will get an automatic tip so don’t need to try to even offer decent service. Anyways to end this long review, the food was mid and the night was very disappointing ended up...
