I love the Robert Graham store at Mohegan Sun Casino! Of course I love Robert grams clothing… That’s a given. But, this is a review of the store at the Mohegan Sun specifically. The entire staff at the store have always treated my wife and I extremely well, and most specifically the store manager Chris is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Previously, I had been buying Robert Graham clothing online, however immediately after our very first experience in store I decided to never buy online again!

Returns and exchanges have never been a problem and overtime, as with any good retailer or even restaurant, the staff has learned our tastes. This is a true mark of professionalism and speaks volumes to the care and concern of creating and keeping repeat customers. Many of the stores at the casino have part-time and fly-by-night employees… But this is not the case at the Robert Graham store. We have been fortunate to shop here for roughly the last 15 year's every time we have the opportunity to visit Mohegan Sun. I always look forward to coming to this store (the first time I had to TWIST MY HUSBANDS ARM) to come in and try on a shirt. He now owns at least 15 shirts, wears them well and ALWAYS gets compliments. I may come in once or twice a year and I am always remembered and ALWAYS greeted like a welcoming family member. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. I usually shop for my husband and they know/remember “his” taste. I recently picked up two shirts that ended up being slightly too small for him. I had the distinct pleasure of speaking with Victor O'Neill today. Since there no longer is a Robert Graham store near me, I decided to phone an out of state store with the hopes of solving my shopping mission.
