Norman's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Moorestown Township

Today, October 19, 2025 I've walked in to buy Christmas cards and there was Christmas cards for daughters that weren't open. I've asked the cashier for assistance and she asked me which one? I said, I don't know yet until I can read what they say. She said that she wasn't going to open every single one of them because they were in the process to have them ready. She said that they (the cards) would be here and can come back when they are ready. Thats poor customer service. A customer should be able to check out the merchandise before they purchase it.
