Molly Malones Boutique — Local services in Mooresville

Beware of this store. Terrible customer service. I called on 2/26 to inquire about a Pandora bead. I was told by Lisa that they did not have that bead. I received a call back from Lisa stating that they could have the bead by Monday 3/1. I informed Lisa that I would order the bead ONLY if she could assure me that the bead would be available on that date, as it was a gift to a friend going out of the country. I was again, assured that this would not be a problem if I would pay in advance. Monday came & went without the bead & we were told that the owner had it in Atlanta & we would be lucky to have it by Wednesday, as the owner wouldn't be back until after closing on Tues. My husband had to drive out of town to another store to get this bead on Tuesday, after which the bead from Molly Malone suddenly appeared when we asked for a refund. Now Lisa states that I cannot have money back, nor will store employees advise how to contact the owner.

To top it all off I called Pandora today & they aren't even allowed to sell Pandora anymore! Pandora stated they could sell what they have in stock, but aren't allowed to receive new items. I guess they misrepresented themselves here too....

I would strongly advise spending your hard earned money somewhere else. Owner is not concerned with providing a last experience with her clients.

Had a $25 giftcard I purchased for my wife 3 years ago (for xmas). We met my mother at the Mooresville shop on 12/21 who said she LOVED their sele tion, it was her first time visiting. My wife found a t-shirt she wanted an remembered to bring her gift card. To her dismay they refused it and said it expires after 3 years. Lady behind counter calls manager (Amanda the owner) and asks for additional info from me. After waiting 5 to 10 min we find out they will not honor. My mother overheard the conversation after purchasing a few hundred dollars worth of product.

Molly Malones lost 2 customers today and will be receiving a full return of the products my mother purchased that day. My customers would never receive this type of service. Clearly the owner cares more about the $25 i spent 3 years ago than the hundreds to thousands she just lost. Spend your money elsewhere people where your dollar is appreciated in these hard times. Shame...

The store manager Ashley at Molly Malone’s Boutique in Mooresville was the absolute best! We came in close to closing time, and Ashely said not to worry! She ended up helping us shop for two hours past closing! I would have never expected that, but we were so pleased at how caring and attentive Ashely was. My daughter and I love this store. We have shopped here for years, but we had some special upcoming events. We knew Molly Malone’s would be the best place to get everything we needed!!!! My daughter described what she was looking for, and Ashely knew exactly what she was seeking. She pulled out a selection of the most amazing shoes, jeans, shorts, and dresses, and my daughter went home with new summer wardrobe. Ashely went above and beyond for me and my daughter, and we are thrilled. We whole heartedly recommend going to Molly Malone’s Boutique, and we hope you are lucky enough to have Ashley there...
